My first post.

I decided to create this blog as a means of distraction to my Binge Eating, Bulima, what ever you want to call it. It was after writing about the benefits of  keeping a journal or diary for my English A Level Coursework that I decided it would be a good idea for myself to keep one, and maybe people like you? I will post my finished article in a few days when it's fully completed to my standards -- as like many with an Eating Disorder, I am a severe perfectionist :3 Not necessarily a bad thing I imagine though :) Anyway, in posts to come I will keep you updated on my struggles, how my dieting is going (or failing will be in my case) etc. I've decided to be entirely truthful to this, like it would be my own personal diary. I need to let off some steam and writing a journal seems to be the best way to do this.
I will also be posting some 'thinspiration', and tips to keep healthy. Along with exercises and everything else a great blog should have :)
